  • 1/2 cup - vermicelli
  • 1/2 cup - rolled oats
  • 1 cup - Sugar
  • 3 - Cardamoms
  • A few - cashew nuts, broken
  • Milk as per need
  • How to Make Vermicelli Oats Laddoos:

    1. Roast the vermicelli and oats separately for few mins.
    2. Grind the roasted vermicelli, oats, cardamoms, sugar into a fine powder
    3. Roast the cashew nuts in a microwave for 3-4 mins
    4. Mix the ground powder and nuts with a little milk and make medium sized balls.
    5. Store it in an air tight box
