Ingredients

  • 100 gms - Kashmiri chillies
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp - Mustard Seed grind
  • 2 inch piece - Ginger
  • 100 gms - Garlic
  • 4 tbsp - Vinegar for grinding
  • How to Make Vindaloo Paste:

    1. Mix all the ingredients and grind into a powder.
    2. Add vinegar and make a fine paste.
    3. Use as required for fish and meat.
