  • King fish - 500g
  • Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Chilli powder - 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Dhaniya powder - 3/4 tsp
  • Fennel powder - 1/4 tsp (optional)
  • Vinegar - 2 tbsp
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Tasty Fish Fry

  • Cut and clean fish into medium pieces.
  • Mix all the ingredients in the vinegar.
  • Marinate the fish in the mixture for 15 to 30 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a nonstick kadai and deep-fry the fish on medium until golden brown.
  • Serve hot.
