Ingredients

  • King fish - 500g
  • Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Chilli powder - 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Dhaniya powder - 3/4 tsp
  • Fennel powder - 1/4 tsp (optional)
  • Vinegar - 2 tbsp
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Vinegar Fish Fry:

    1. Cut and clean fish into medium pieces.
    2. Mix all the ingredients in the vinegar.
    3. Marinate the fish in the mixture for 15 to 30 minutes.
    4. Heat oil in a nonstick kadai and deep-fry the fish on medium until golden brown.
    5. Serve hot.
