  • 8 tbsp - thick coconut milk
  • 8 tbsp - tender coconut flesh (malai), shredded
  • 2 cups - vanilla ice cream
  • Crushed ice - as required
  • 1/2 cup - pineapple, chunks
  • 16-20 - tinned cherries
