  • 1.75 cups - fresh Pineapple juice
  • 8 tbsp - thick Coconut Milk
  • 8 tbsp - tender Coconut flesh (malai), shredded
  • 2 cups - vanilla ice Cream
  • Crushed ice - as required
  • 1/2 cup - pineapple, chunks
  • 16-20 - tinned Cherries

How to Make Virgin Pina Colada with Tender Coconut

  • Grind pineapple juice, coconut milk, coconut, vanilla icecream and ice in a blender till smooth.
  • Pour into tall glasses.
  • Serve immediately decorated with pineapple chunks and cherries.
