Ingredients

  • Wafers
  • Potato - 1 medium, boiled and mashed
  • Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
  • Khari Boondi - 1/2 cup
  • Curd - 1.5 cups
  • Tamarind chutney - 1/2 cup
  • Red Chilli powder
  • Roasted cumin powder
  • Salt
  • Chaat masala

How to Make Wafers Chaat

  • Mix boondi, salt, cumin powder and red chilli powder in curd and prepare raita.
  • Finely spread wafers in a plate.
  • Spread mashed potato and onion over the wafers.
  • Put raita and chaat masala over it.
  • Finally add tamarind chutney as per taste.
