  • 200 g - flour / Maida
  • 200 g - Sugar
  • 150 g - Walnuts
  • 4 Egg beaten
  • 1 tsp - baking powder
  • 100 g - Honey
  • 250 g - Butter
  • How to Make Walnut Cake:

    1. Sieve flour / maida with the baking powder.
    2. Mix the butter and sugar together till it becomes creamy.
    3. Add the beaten eggs, walnuts and honey and mix well.
    4. Fold in the flour slowly.
    5. If the mixture is too thick add a little milk.
    6. Pour into a greased and papered baking tin or dish and bake in a moderate oven for about 40 to 45 minutes.
    7. Remove from the oven when done and set aside to cool.
