Ingredients

  • 200 g - chopped Walnuts
  • 300 g - plain flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup - Milk
  • 200 g - Sugar
  • 1 tsp - baking powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp - vanilla essence

How to Make Walnut Milk Pudding

  • Beat the eggs and sugar.
  • Add the milk, flour, baking powder, vanilla essence and walnuts and mix well.
  • Pour into a greased mould and steam or bake till done.
  • Cool and serve with cream.
