Ingredients

  • 150 g - Walnuts
  • 3 - eggs
  • 250 g - Bread
  • 3/4 cup - Sugar
  • 1.5 cup - Milk
  • 100 g - Butter
  • Breadcrumbs
  • How to Make Walnut Pudding:

    1. Soak bread in milk. Grind walnuts into paste.
    2. Beat egg yolks with sugar and add walnut paste and bread soaked in milk, together with melted butter. Mix all the ingredients well.
    3. Whisk egg whites, fold them into the mixture.
    4. Butter a baking dish and sprinkle it with breadcrumbs, then pour in the mixture and bake in a moderate oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
    5. Serve hot.
