  • 150 g - Walnuts
  • 3 - Eggs
  • 250 g - Bread
  • 3/4 cup - Sugar
  • 1.5 cup - Milk
  • 100 g - Butter
  • Breadcrumbs

How to Make Walnut Pudding

  • Soak bread in milk. Grind walnuts into paste.
  • Beat egg yolks with sugar and add walnut paste and bread soaked in milk, together with melted butter. Mix all the ingredients well.
  • Whisk egg whites, fold them into the mixture.
  • Butter a baking dish and sprinkle it with breadcrumbs, then pour in the mixture and bake in a moderate oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
