How to Make Walnut Squares

  • Take a heavy-bottomed pan and dry roast the walnuts until you can smell the aroma. When the walnuts cool down, cut them into small pieces.
  • Melt the butter in a pan for 3 minutes and add the sugar. Mix it well.
  • Next, add the condensed milk and keep on stirring until the mixture leaves the pan.
  • Now, add the walnut and vanilla essence. Mix well until it is a little hard.
  • Set it on a greased plate and when it is a little cool, cut it into squares.
  • These squares have to be kept in the refrigerator for long life.
