  • 1.5 cups - Walnuts
  • 2/3 cup - unsalted Butter
  • 1 cup - dark Brown sugar
  • 1 can - condensed Milk
  • 1 tbsp - vanilla essence
  • Few Pistachios for decoration
  • How to Make Walnut Squares:

    1. Take a heavy-bottomed pan and dry roast the walnuts until you can smell the aroma. When the walnuts cool down, cut them into small pieces.
    2. Melt the butter in a pan for 3 minutes and add the sugar. Mix it well.
    3. Next, add the condensed milk and keep on stirring until the mixture leaves the pan.
    4. Now, add the walnut and vanilla essence. Mix well until it is a little hard.
    5. Set it on a greased plate and when it is a little cool, cut it into squares.
    6. These squares have to be kept in the refrigerator for long life.
