  • Wheat flour - 1 cup
  • Maida - 1/2 cup
  • Oil - 1/2 cup
  • Powdered Sugar - 1 cup
  • Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - a pinch
  • How to Make Wheat biscuits:

    1. Sift maida, wheat flour and sugar together and add the mixture of baking powder, oil and salt in small quantity and mix well.
    2. Once the batter blends well make desired shapes out of it.
    3. Finally grease microwave proof plate and keep the biscuits on it and bake it in convection mode at 180 degree Celsius for 8 min.
    4. Finally remove it from the microwave and allow it to cool for and while.
