Ingredients

  • Wheat flour - 1 cup
  • Maida - 1/2 cup
  • Oil - 1/2 cup
  • Powdered sugar - 1 cup
  • Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - a pinch

How to Make Wheat biscuits

  • Sift maida, wheat flour and sugar together and add the mixture of baking powder, oil and salt in small quantity and mix well.
  • Once the batter blends well make desired shapes out of it.
  • Finally grease microwave proof plate and keep the biscuits on it and bake it in convection mode at 180 degree Celsius for 8 min.
  • Finally remove it from the microwave and allow it to cool for and while.
