  • Wheat - 1 cup
  • Rava - 2 tbsp
  • Red Chilli powder - 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilli, finely chopped - 2
  • Corainder leaves, finely chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • Onion, chopped - 1
  • Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp
  • Oil
  • Salt as per taste
  • How to Make Wheat Rava Masala Dosa:

    1. Sieve the wheat flour and rava together and keep in a bowl.
    2. Add copped onion, coriander leaves, green chillies, turmeric powder, red chil
    3. powder, garam masala and lemon juice into flour.
    4. Make a thin paste of it with the help of water.
    5. Heat the tawa and pour one ladle paste to make a dosa.
    6. Cook till brown.
    7. Serve with chutney of your choice.
