Ingredients

  • 1 kg - Chicken
  • 2 - Onion
  • 4 to 5 - Green chillies
  • 1 big piece - Cinnamon
  • 8 - Cloves
  • 5 to 6 - Cardamom
  • Salt to taste
  • For paste:
  • 8 to 10 - Badam
  • 1/2 tsp - white pepper
  • 8 pods - Garlic
  • small piece - Ginger
  • How to Make White Chicken Kurma:

    1. Clean and wash chicken.
    2. Cut the onion and cook in a little water till soft. Grind to a paste.
    3. Heat oil in a pan. Add cinnamon, clove, cardamom, green chillies, onion paste and fry for 2min.
    4. Add chicken, badam paste and salt to taste.
    5. Mix well and let it cook in a low flame till done.
    6. This will be thick gravy. If you want a thin one, you can add more water and make it thin.
    7. Serve with naan and rotis.
