Ingredients

  • 300 g - white chocolate
  • 70 ml - thickened cream
  • 500 g - cream cheese
  • 140 g - caster sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • vanilla essence
  • For the base:
  • 1 packet chocolate biscuits, crumbed
  • 150 g - melted butter

How to Make White Chocolate Cheese Cake

  • Melt the chocolate and mix with the cream.
  • Soften the cream cheese, then beat together with the sugar.
  • Add the eggs slowly, scraping down regularly.
  • When the mixture is clear and smooth and the sugar dissolved, add the chocolate mixture.
  • Prepare the base by mixing together the crumbs and the butter.
  • Press into the base of a spring form.
  • Pour the prepared cheese mixture into the base.
  • Place a bowl of water in the oven to create a steam bath.
  • Bake in the following order:
  • 50 degrees C for 15 minutes.
  • 130 degree Celsius for 15 minutes.
  • 120 degree Celsius for 30 minutes.
  • For the topping, use melted chocolate sandwich spread.
  • Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
