Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - white pumpkin/ash gourd (peeled and cut into small pieces)
  • 1 tsp - pepper Corns
  • 2 tbsp - grated Coconut
  • 2 - Green chillies (chopped)
  • 1 tsp - grated Ginger
  • 6-7 - Curry leaves
  • 1 - Onion (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make White Pumpkin-Ash Gourd Stir Fry:

    1. Heat oil in a pan and add curry leaves, pepper corns, ginger and onions and saute for a few minutes.
    2. Add the white pumpkin/ash gourd pieces and a little water and cook covered on low heat till all the water dries up.
    3. Garnish with the grated coconut and chopped green chillies.
