  • 3/4 cup - whole Wheat
  • 1/4 cup - all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup - nutella
  • 1/4 cup - Butter (melted) scant
  • 2 tbsp - cocoa powder (heaped)
  • 1 big pinch - baking powder
  • 1 big pinch - baking soda
  • 1/2 cup - Sugar (powdered)

How to Make Whole-wheat nutella cocoa cookies

  • Preheat oven to 175deg C.
  • Sift both flours, cocoa, baking powder and soda together.
  • Add sugar and mix well.
  • Add butter and mix well.
  • Add nutella and mix well.
  • You should get a dough that is soft and pliable.
  • Take a quarter of the dough and pat it down with the heel of your palm to desired thickness (about 1/4 cm).
  • Cut into desired shapes and place on baking tray.
  • Bake in preheated oven for about 18 minutes.
