  • 1 pound - whole-grain pasta
  • 1 cup - olives (cut into rings)
  • 2 cups - green beans (cooked)
  • 3 tbsp - roasted sunflower seeds
  • For the pesto:
  • 4 cups - baby spinach
  • 1/4 cup - cashew nuts
  • 4 cloves - garlic (smashed)
  • 1/4 cup - extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp - white miso

How to Make Wholegrain Pasta With Spinach Pesto

  • Cook the whole-grain pasta in plenty of salted water as per the package instructions until al dente.
  • Place all pesto ingredients in a food processor and process until everything's broken down into a rough paste
  • Place the pesto and pasta in a bowl, and add all the vegetables and sunflower seeds. Add salt. Mix together thoroughly and serve.
