Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cauliflower florets, blanched
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets, blanched
  • 3 hardboiled eggs, quartered
  • 1 spring onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped Celery
  • few Spinach leaves, torn into pieces
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1.5 cup

How to Make Winter Salad

  • Mix vinegar in dressing. Mix together cauliflower, broccoli, eggs and spring onion.
  • Pour the dressing.
  • Toss it well.
  • Spread spinach leaves in a dish.
  • Pour the salad.
  • Before serving garnish with celery.
