Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - peas, boiled
  • 1/2 cup - beans, chopped and boiled
  • 1/2 cup - potatoes, chopped and boiled
  • 1/2 cup - carrots, chopped and boiled
  • 1/2 cup - turnip, chopped and boiled
  • 3 tbsp - mayonnaise
  • 6 pieces - arcort
  • 2 - onion, chopped
  • 2 - tomato, chopped
  • 4 tbsps - curds
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper and salt
  • 1/4 cup - coriander
  • 2 - Egg

How to Make Winter vegetable salad

  • Take a bowl. Add all the boiled vegetables and the chopped onions, tomato and arcort.
  • Add 4 tbsps of curd and 3 tbsps of mayonnaise cheese
  • Add pepper and salt.
  • On top of it, add coriander leaves for garnishing.
