How to Make Xukaan Bamla Maas Chutney

  • Roast the fish on a tava. Cut into pieces.
  • Wash the pieces with warm water and drain.
  • Roast the tomato and peel off the skin. Mash and mix with the fish.
  • Heat oil and add the chopped onions. Fry for a minute.
  • Add the garlic pods and fry for 30 seconds.
  • Add the fish and tomato mix.
  • Add the chopped chillies, salt and mix. Fry for a minute.
  • Serve with rice.
