Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Curd (1 day old)
  • 2 tsp - chilli paste
  • 1 tsp - Jeera
  • 1/2 bunch - coriander, fresh and finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 cups - Rice flour
  • 1 cup - water
  • Oil to deep fry

How to Make Yogurt Rings

  • Take a thick-bottomed pan and mix curd, water, chilli paste, jeera and salt.
  • Mix well and leave it on a low flame for about 5-6 minutes.
  • When it starts boiling, add rice flour and stir.
  • Leave for 2 minutes and transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl.
  • Apply some oil on your palm and make a dough.
  • Make small rings of this dough and deep fry till golden brown and serve hot.
