  • Milk - 2 cups
  • semolina - 1 cup
  • A few Cashew nuts and Raisins
  • Sugar as per taste
  • Ghee
  • How to Make Yummy Kesari:

    1. Roast cashew nuts and raisins in ghee.
    2. Keep aside.
    3. Fry semolina till fragnant.
    4. Add milk, sugar and a little ghee.
    5. Keep stirring till the ghee separates from the semolina.
    6. Pour it to a greased plate.
    7. Cut it after it cools.
    8. Garnish with the roasted dry fruits.
