  • 20 oz Mango Pulp
  • Chopped nuts (pistachios, almonds, cashew nuts)
  • Cardamom (powdered)

How to Make Yummy Mango Kulfi

  • Blend milk, cream and mango pulp together.
  • In a square or rectangular dish, sprinkle chopped nuts of your choice and powdered cardamom.
  • Pour the blended mixture over them, cover and freeze for 8-12 hours.
  • Cut into pieces and serve.
