Ingredients

  • 1 kg. green moong dal
  • 1 kg. ground Sugar
  • 1 tbsp. Cardamom seeds
  • ¼ kg. khoya
  • 100 gms. mixed sliced nuts
  • 50 gms. Raisins
  • Ghee as required

How to Make Yummy Moong Dal Ladoo

  • Soak dal in water for a few hours.
  • Drain and grind to a paste.
  • Heat ½ kg. ghee and fry the dal to a golden colour.
  • Add the rest of the above ingredients and cook till the mixture leaves the sides of the vessel.
  • Remove from fire, cool and form into round laddoos.
  • Set aside to turn cold and then store in air tight tin.
