  • Chicken - 1 kg.
  • Black pepper powder - 2 tbsp.
  • Whole green chilli - 12 to 15.
  • Sunflower oil - 1 tbsp.
  • Salt - to taste.

How to Make Yummy pepper Chicken

  • Heat oil in a kadai. Put half of black pepper powder and add the chicken pieces.
  • Fry for two minutes and add salt.
  • Now put whole green chillies on top, cover with a lid and cook in a low flame, till chicken is tender.
  • Sprinkle rest of the pepper powder.
  • Stir for a minute and serve with roti or paratha.
