Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp - Frozen limeade concentrate (not lemonade)
  • 7up, Sprite or Ginger ale, chilled
  • 1/4 tsp - Kala namak (black salt) or chaat masala
  • Ice
  • A dash of vodka - optional

How to Make Zair

  • Partially defrost the frozen lemonade and add 2 tbsps of the concentrate to a glass.
  • Add 1/4 tsp of Kala Namak (Black Salt) or Chaat Masala.
  • Add a dash of vodka if you want.
  • Stir.
  • Add chilled 7up or Sprite or Ginger ale.
  • Add ice.
