Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Ghee
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • 3 tbsp. Honey
  • ½ cup Curd
  • 2 cups Suji
  • ¼ cup wheatflour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp. any jam of our choice

How to Make ZERO SUGAR RAWA CAKE

  • Take ghee in a bowl, mix in curd, ¾ cup milk and stir it well. Add honey and mix it with a spatula.
  • Add the suji and mix it becomes a paste. Let it settle for 10 mins.
  • Add the wheat flour and mix it well. Now add baking soda. Check if there are any lumps in the batter. Add baking powder and mix all the ingredients well. Add salt.
  • In a greased tin, pour the cake batter and flatten it with a spatula. Layer the batter with the jam. Use a fork to mix the jam with the batter in circular motions.
  • Preheat the oven at 180 degrees C and bake the cake for 20-25 mins. or till it turns golden brown.
  • Remove from oven, cool and place in a tray and cut into desired shapes.
