  • Mix together the grated zucchini, onions, rolled oats, gram flour, rice flour, baking powder, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, garam masala powder, coriander leaves, and salt.
  • Sprinkle some water and knead everything into a dough.
  • Heat oil for deep frying, make small balls from the dough and drop gently into the hot oil.
