Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - Zucchini (cut into medium pieces)
  • 2 tbsp - cooking oil
  • 1 - large Onion (sliced)
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp - Vinegar
  • 2 - large Tomatoes (chopped)
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Zucchini And Tomato

  • Heat oil in a pan and add onion, green chillies and garlic and fry till the onions turn light brown.
  • Add zucchini, tomatoes, chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and vinegar, and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes.
