Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Idli Batter
  • 2 cups - Zucchini, grated
  • 1 tsp - Ginger, grated
  • 2 - Green chillies

How to Make Zucchini Idli

  • Grind to a fine paste, the zucchini, ginger, and green chillies. Do not add water. The water from the zucchini is enough.
  • Take the idly batter, add the ground paste to the idli batter and mix well.
  • Grease the idli plates with oil, pour a ladle of zucchini-Idli batter and steam them in a pressure cooker or idli cooker for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the idli plates and serve hot with any chutney.
