Shylaja Praveen is from Chennai and shares her traditional south Indian recipes at Amuthi's Kitchen. Cooking is one of her favorite hobbies. She had great passion for cooking right from her childhood days and never missed an opportunity to mess up things in her mom's kitchen when she used to be home alone even for few hours.
Apart from the special recipes from Tamil Nadu she also specializes in Egg-less baking and cake decorations. She has inherited the traditional recipes from her mother and mother in law.
Other than cooking, her full time job and family keeps her busy all the day.
