  • Tortino

  • 42gms white chocolate
  • 42gms butter/oil
  • 20gms castor sugar
  • 20gms refined flour
  • 1nos whole egg
  • 1/2 egg yolk
  • Oats Crumble
  • 15gms Oats
  • 10gms butter
  • 5gms castor sugar
  • 5gms brown sugar
  • 10gms refined flour


  • Oats Crumble

  • Mix sugar, oats, and refined flour in a bowl.
  • After that melt the butter, mix them in it and bake this mixer in a baking oven until its color turns brown.
  • Method: Tortino
  • First melt the white chocolate in a double boiler. After that mix the butter/oil in it gently.
  • Take the egg yolk and whole egg in a bowl and mix it with a hand blender. After that add sugar to it and mix it for two to three minutes.
  • Now add the egg mixer into the chocolate mixer and after that mix the refined flour with the mixer until it gets mixed well.
  • After that put the mixer in a baking mould and cook for 13 to 14 minutes at 170-degree temperature. Keep it at room temperature for one minute and take it out from the mold.
  • Put Oat crumble on a plate as shown in the photo and put tortino on top of that.
  • Garnish it with raspberry coulis, mango puree, fresh mint leaf, and, edible flower and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
