Ingredients

  • 6 - eggs
  • 2 - small onions
  • 1 - tomato
  • 3 - chopped green chillies
  • 1 tbsp - chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp - chopped raw mango
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp - garam masala
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ghee or butter

How to Make Akoori on Toast

  • Chop onions and fry till golden brown.
  • Add remaining ingredients and fry.
  • Remove from fire and break the eggs into the fried masala, stir well and replace on the fire.
  • Cook on a low fire.
  • Serve on toast.
