  • 2 cans - Evaporated Milk
  • 3 cups - Cream
  • 1.5 cups - Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup - Blanched, minced Almonds
  • 1/2 cup - Powdered pistachio nuts
  • 1 tsp - Cardamom powder

How to Make Almond and Pista Kulfi

  • Combine evaporated milk, cream and sweetened condensed milk. Chill
  • Add almonds, pistachios and cardamoms.
  • Whip in an electric blender on medium speed for 3 mins or till well blended.
  • Fill kulfi moulds.
  • Freeze for at least 8 hours.
  • Unmould to serve.
