Heat ghee, add jeera, peppercorns and whole spices.
When moderately fried, add potatoes and rice and stir-fry. Add salt, chilli powder and turmeric powder. Add water and cook in a low flame for 15-20 mins till the potatoes and rice are completely cooked.
Serve hot, garnished with coriander leaves.
