  • 200g - dried figs (Anjeer)
  • 50g - almonds
  • 10g - desi ghee

How to Make Anjeer Almond ki Katli

  • Finely chop dried figs. Crush the almonds in a mixer.
  • In a mixing bowl put chopped dried figs and almonds.
  • Cook the mixture in ghee
  • When it cools, mix evenly using your palms and a little ghee.
  • Grease a tray with a little ghee.
  • Spread the mixture evenly in the tray.
  • Use a heavy copper glass and pat all across the mixture to make it compact.
