  • Apple - 250 g
  • Fresh cream - 100 g
  • Lemon jelly - 100 g packet
  • Almond - 25
  • Sugar - 8 tsp

How to Make Apple Cream Delight

  • Remove seeds from the apples with the help of a peeler, but do not peel off the skin.
  • Cut the apples into half and shape or scoop them so that they become like cups.
  • Pour 1/2 cup of water and 8 tsp of sugar in a pressure cooker.
  • Add the apples.
  • Put off the flame after the first whistle.
  • Put the apples in a serving dish, the skin side down.
  • Cook lemon jelly in one cup of water and pour in the apple cups.
  • Keep in the refrigerator and allow it to set.
  • Add sugar in the fresh cream and whip it well.
  • In a piping, add this cream and decorate the apples with this cream.
  • Soak the almonds into hot water and remove their skin.
  • Cut the almonds into half and sprinkle on the icing.
