  • 1 cup - chopped, dried apricot
  • 250 gm packet - crushed wine biscuits
  • 125 gm - butter
  • 1/2 tin - condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup - soft brown sugar

How to Make Apricot Fudge

  • Heat the butter, brown sugar and condensed milk till the butter melts. Do not boil.
  • Add chopped apricots and crushed biscuits. Mix well.
  • Press into a greased 20 x 30 cm sponge roll tin and sprinkle with coconut.
  • Cut in squares. Set in refrigerator.
