Ingredients

  • 3 cups - poha (flattened rice)
  • 1 cup - jaggery
  • 1 cup - fried channa dal
  • 4 tsp - ghee
  • 1 tsp - elaichi
  • 1 tsp - dry ginger powder

How to Make Aval Jaggery Balls

  • Heat a pan, add ghee and poha and fry till brown.
  • Take jaggery and make thick syrup
  • Add poha, fried channa dal, elaichi powder and after some time make small balls.
  • Can be served as snack in lunch box.
