  • Badam (powdered with skin) - 3 cups
  • Milk powder - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 2 cups
  • Ghee - 1 tbsp

How to Make Badam burfee

  • Mix badam and the milk powder and roast it a little till the raw smell goes.
  • Make a sugar syrup of one-thread consistency.
  • To this, add the roasted mixture and the ghee.
  • Cook till it leaves the sides of the pan.
  • Pour over a greased plate and cut into desired shapes.
