  • Besan or gram flour - 1 cup
  • Grated Coconut - 1 cup
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Finely crushed Almonds (Badam) - 1 cup
  • Ghee - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 3 cups

How to Make Badam Milk Burfi

  • In about 1/2 cup of ghee, slightly fry the besan till there's no raw smell.
  • Add all the ingredients including the crushed badam and the leftover ghee.
  • Keep stirring continuously over medium fire for about 20-25 minutes.
  • Once the mixture starts leaving the sides and becomes difficult to stir, add some elaichi.
  • Now immediately pour the mixture on to a greased plate and cut into pieces
  • Decoration (Optional) : Decorate with pistachios/cashews nuts.
