  • 6 to 7 - badam
  • 1/2 cup - dry coconut/kobari
  • 2 to 3 - cardamoms
  • 2 cup - milk
  • Sugar (as per taste)
  • Saffron strings

How to Make Badami Milk

  • Grind badam and coconut to a smooth paste.
  • Drain all the water from it and keep aside.
  • Boil milk with sugar and cardamoms or cardamom powder.
  • Add the drained water of badami and coconut. Stir it well.
  • Boil milk well.
  • Add the saffron strings and stir well.
  • Add chopped pista or badami to enhance the taste. Serve hot or chilled.
