Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - fish fillets
  • 1 - capsicum
  • 1 - tomato
  • 1 - onion
  • 2 tbsp - lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup - chopped spring onion
  • 1/8 tsp - crushed garlic
  • 1/8 tsp - crushed ginger
  • 2 tbsp-oil
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 1/4 tsp - pepper powder.

How to Make Bake Fish

  • Cut fish into small pieces.
  • Marinate with salt and pepper. Keep aside for 1/2 an hour
  • Arrange the fish pieces in a baking dish.
  • Top with sliced capsicum, onion and tomatoes
  • Layer it with chopped spring onion
  • In a small vessel, mix oil, lemon juice, garlic and ginger
  • Pour over fish and cover and bake for 20 min at 375 degree Fahrenheit.
  • Uncover and bake for 10 minutes till fish flakes easily
  • Serve.
