  • Bake beans - 4 tbsp
  • Macaroni or pasta - a little
  • Oil - few drops
  • 1 - Capsicum, sliced
  • 1 - Onion, sliced
  • 1 - Tomato, sliced
  • Curry powder, chilli or paprika - 1 tsp
  • White or brown bread - as needed

How to Make Baked Beans on Toast

  • Take Bake beans in a bowl. Add some boiled macaroni.
  • Heat oil and saute slivers of capsicum, onion, and slices of tomato. Keep aside.
  • Season the bean mixture with some curry powder, chilli or paprika.
  • Pile on slices of lightly buttered white or brown bread.
  • Place a few slices of stir fried vegetables over the mixture.
  • Sprinkle grated cheese over it, if desired.
  • Bake in a preheated oven, at 180 degree C for 5 to 7 minutes, till toast is crisp.
  • Serve hot.
