Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - boneless chicken
  • 150 g - Peas
  • 100g - chopped mushrooms
  • 50g - chopped or small pieces of beans
  • 50g - grated Carrot.
  • 1 cup - white sauce
  • 1 cup - Tomato Puree.
  • 200 g - Mozzarella cheese, grated.
  • Finely Chop:
  • 7-8 Cloves - Garlic
  • 6-8 - Green chillies
  • 1/2 bunch - Coriander leaves
  • 1/2 bunch - parsley leaves

How to Make Baked Chicken with Vegetables and Mushrooms

  • Pre-heat oven to 120 degree C.
  • Wash all the vegetables mentioned. Pat dry and chop or grate it (except peas).
  • Mix it with the boneless chicken with 1 tsp of salt. Keep aside for 5 mins.
  • Now add tomato puree, coriander leaves, parsley leaves, and the white sauce. Mix well.
  • Add all the other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  • Grease a baking dish with 1 tbsp of butter.
  • Spread the mixed ingredients in it and cover completely with grated cheese.
  • Bake at 120 degree C for 20 minutes.
  • Let it stay in the over for another 20 mins. Serve.
