  • 1 tsp - cheese
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper - to taste

How to Make Baked egg in bun with cheese

  • Preheat the oven at 150 degrees.
  • Take a bun and use a sharp knife to gently cut a hole in the centre of the bread.
  • Break an egg into a small bowl and gently pour it into the hole.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
  • You can also add 1 tsp of grated cheese on top.
  • Grease a baking tray and bake for about 15 minutes or until it is light golden colour in colour and the cheese melts. Serve it hot with milk or fruit juice.
