  • 3 - Fully ripe bananas (Constitutes 1 cup of mashed banana)
  • 1.5 cup - Sugar
  • 1/2 cup - Ghee
  • 1/4 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • 1 tbsp - Dry fruits, chopped
  • 1 tbsp - Water

How to Make Banana Halwa- Banana Fudge

  • Fry the dry fruits in 2 tsp of ghee and keep aside.
  • In a pan, add chopped bananas and water to avoid burning at bottom.
  • Keep stirring continuously till cooked on a low flame.
  • Once cooked, add sugar and mix again till all water content almost evaporates.
  • Now add remaining ghee little by little with continuous mixing.
  • At the end add cardamom powder and ghee fried dry fruits to it and mix well till it forms a lump.
  • Transfer it into a bowl and let it set and cool completely.
