Ingredients

  • 3 pounds ground beef
  • 12 ounce can evaporated milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup - chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp - garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 cup - oatmeal
  • 1 cup - cracker crumbs or bread crumbs
  • For Sauce:
  • 2 cup - catsup
  • 1 cup - brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp - liquid smoke
  • 1/2 tsp - garlic powder

How to Make Barbequed Meatballs

  • For Meatballs:
  • Mix meatball ingredients together and shape into balls, about the size of a walnut.
  • Freeze on a cookie sheet on a single layer.
  • Then place in plastic (sealable) bag. Use as needed.
  • For Sauce:
  • Combine ingredients, pour over meatballs in baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  • Serve hot.
