  • 2 cups - besan
  • 1 tbsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 - finely cut green chilli
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves
  • 1-2 - onions (optional)
  • 2 - finely cut tomatoes

How to Make Besan Pudala

  • Take the besan in a vessel and add water to it. Make a thick batter.
  • Add the red chilli powder, green finely cut chillies, salt, onions, tomatoes and coriander leaves to the batter and mix it well.
  • Take a frying pan and let it heat for some time. Once heated, pour the mixture on to it and spread it to a medium size like a dosa.
  • Let it cook for some time on one side before flipping it on to the other. Cook both the sides till golden brown.
  • Serve hot with ketchup, coriander chutney or any other chutneys or ketchups.
