  • 3 - green peppers
  • 1 cup - besan
  • Some cilantro
  • Salt
  • 4 tsp - oil

How to Make Bharli mirchi

  • Slit the peppers, remove the seeds. Keep it aside.
  • Take besan and add salt, chopped cilantro and 2 tsps of oil.
  • Stuff the mirchi with the masala.
  • Put the stuffed mirchies in a frying pan and add just a little oil.
  • Cover it and cook it on sim till it is done.
