  • Bendi washed if big cut into half and slit at the ends
  • 1 tsp - ginger&garlic paste
  • 1.5 tsp - red chilli powder
  • Salt
  • 3-4 tbsp - desiccated coconut powder
  • 1 - small onion
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric
  • oil for cooking

How to Make Bhindi fry

  • In a large bowl add bendi and rest of the ingredients mix well and keep aside for at least 1 hour.
  • Then in a pan or karahi add oil and fry only the bendi till done.
  • Add all the ingredients and fry till onion turns golden brown on low flame.
  • Serve with rice or roti.
